Project's goal
Realization of a practical workshop with KEYENCE company for different interest groups of innovators across Škoda Auto a.s.
Results
The workshop was successfully implemented for colleagues from Smartteam PF, Innocouncil and the last group of employees consisted of colleagues who signed up through Škoda Booking via the Škoda Space link.
Solution Description:
The first FabLab meeting this year was in person. The interactive workshop organized by FabLab colleagues and KEYENCE took place on 16.1. The space was reserved in two-hour slots, where the first part of the workshop was used to present inspiring projects realized with KEYENCE HW not only at Škoda Auto, but also across various concern brands such as VW Bratislava, Audi Györ, VW plants in Wolfsburg or Braunschweig and SEAT in Spain. The second part focused on practical demonstrations of today's technological possibilities in the areas of 2D/3D measurement, smart reading, laser marking, intelligent sensorics, which took place in the newly renovated Škoda FabLab. At the same time, if colleagues were interested in something specific (UC from a given plant, or perhaps a specific product), they had the opportunity to bring a physical part and test the solution on site. In total, 95 colleagues from various areas of Škoda Auto attended the workshop and took away interesting experiences, inspiring examples from the Group's plants and contacts for possible help with solutions.
