Increasing smoothness, quality and effectivity of component production using a Kistler device.

Description of solution

To be able to reach as high quality of parts manufactured as possible continuously, we must verify regularly, what is the force used in pressing parts and installing them in Škoda Auto vehicles, engines or gearboxes. Therefore, we have purchased a new Kistler device, as the old one became unsuitable for current measuring. The new Kistler device allows us to control, monitor, evaluate and record measuring of tractive and compressive forces of Škoda Auto machines and assembly lines in accordance with production requirements. At the same time, it is faster and more precise than previous equipment, ensuring therefore higher quality of our parts. Several types of controls can be conducted with this device, such as control of rolling gears, measuring contact force defined, measuring or comparison of pressing forces at assembly workstations.
