At the M16 – BMS14 (paintshop) shop floor by the roller conveyor of the UNI line, the frequency convertors (FM; from Czech “frekvenční měnič”) SEW MOVITRAC 31C008-503-4-00 have been changed for new ones ABB ACS580-01 during April 2022. Due to precise timing of body hand-over at the robotic station to prevent movement without an order. A request has been submitted to measure output speeds for both frequency convertors.
At FabLab, both of these frequency convertors were tested connected to the same electric drive and output speeds were measured using a stroboscope from the Adash company.
