Project's goal
The goal of the online oil analysis is to provide machine Operators with real-time information about condition of the oil to identify potential problems and failures before any major failure happens. This reduces the risk of machines failures and increases machines´ reliability and efficiency. Online oil analysis also allows maintenance planning based on up-to-date data and identifies potential problems, which is reducing the costs of machine maintenance and repairs.
Results
Online oil measurement allows obtaining real-time information about the condition of the oil, which is allowing identification of potential problems before any major failures happen. This makes it possible to make any adjustments and repairs on time, which reduces the cost of the machines´ maintenance and repairs. Online oil measurement also makes it possible to improve the performance and efficiency of machines and equipment and reduces the risk of downtime. Thanks to the online oil measurement, maintenance can also be planned on the base of current data and potential problems can be identified, allowing maintenance to be optimized and operational safety improved. Solution description
Online oil diagnostics is a method that allows monitoring the condition of oil during the operation of machines and equipment. This technology makes it possible to detect various problems such as pollution, oxidation, degradation, and more, which can lead to breakdowns and reduced machine performance. The main parameters of the measurements are: Measurement of water content in ppm units, Optical measurement of oil degradation and Impurity measurement according to ISO 4406. Other parameters are: Oil temperature, oil quantity (liters).
