Introduction of AMS units, their advantages and suitable applications. Implementation to reduce compressed air consumption, cost savings, data collection and wireless data transmission.
Solution description
AMS is an assembly of partially modified compressed air treatment components that allow you to build advanced air treatment with a focus on more than just air quality. This component allows to "automatically" reduce the compressed air pressure value / shut off the compressed air supply to the machine. The advantage is that the machines will only use what they really need. In addition, it can significantly reduce the amount of compressed air leaked by leaks.
