Description of solution
Oil for the Škoda machines is like blood for the human body. That's why we aim at keeping oils in the best possible condition using several different methods. One of the recent approaches is, for example, to add additives (such antioxidants, anti-foaming additives, detergents, etc.) directly to the oil, as these additives gradually disappear during the oil’s life service.
Based on lab analyses of lubricants by using appropriate methods (e.g. the Ruler method), we determine the lubricant’s condition and the depletion of its additive components. In justified cases in which the base oil still shows good properties but with a decrease in additives, we will propose a plan for additional additivation of the lubricant, improving its properties and extending its service life.
Benefits
- Improvement in the properties and an extension of the service life of oils
- Reduction of costs of oil changes
- Improvement in the technical condition of machinery and its extended service life
- Reduction of maintenance costs
