Area F workshop at Skoda FabLab

The tour for Area F management was scheduled for 45 min.Due to the large number of participants, three groups of 20 members were formed and each group had 15 min to visit the sites of Skoda FabLab: Control and Diagnostic Systems, Skoda FabLab: Comprehensive Machine Diagnostics and BW: Value Engineering. At each workplace, the currently running projects/activities such as MAGIC EYE, use of camera inspections with AI, areas of vibro/tribodiagnostics and the ongoing project Integration of IT Lab into FabLab were presented, where colleagues from FIx areas were given the space and opportunity to participate and help in the implemented projects. The important link between the areas P - Production and Logistics and F - Finance, IT and Legal within the individual projects is already extremely important today and will play an even greater role in the future for the successful completion of the projects.
