Project's goal

The aim of the project was to introduce a unified system for visualization, notification and archiving of states from the SPM vibrodiagnostics in hall M13.

Integration and visualization of evaluation vibration units mounted on SKD turntables in the internal FIOT/Thingworx platform.

Solution

As part of the previous PoC, vibrodiagnostics of surge pulses from SPM was deployed and tested on turntables A28 and B58. Vibrodiagnostics is integrated into the P-CMON1 network. The data was visualized only in the SPM expert visualization.

The aim of the project was to introduce a unified system for visualization, notification and archiving of states from the SPM vibrodiagnostics in hall M13.

• Permanent condition monitoring and monitoring of the degradation of bearings and roller shutters on SKD turntables.

• Timely planning of repairs outside the production plan.

• Reduction of downtime on the SKD.
