We test machines and components

We select components for car production machinery that are the most suitable for Škoda Auto operations and, at the same time, we confirm parameters provided by the manufacturer.

We measure and analyse data

Within our projects, we use many years of experience in the field of vibrodiagnostics, thermodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics, fluid elements, special oil filtration, stable pressure vessels, on-line diagnostics, data collection, monitoring of electrical quantities and other special measurements.

Škoda FabLab is a testing centre of predictive maintenance, machinery and components for car production. We dedicate to applied research related to car production, for needs of Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav, Kvasiny and Vrchlabí. Our aim is to secure the maximum usability of car production machinery.

Monitoring of deflection of the M12 line

August 2024

The aim of the project was to create a system for online monitoring of the deflection of the steel structure based on the request of colleagues from the M12 welding shop. This system allows monitoring of maximum and minimum deflections of the steel structure during the passage through the body and eliminates manual measurements.

PoC SU2025 AI Vibro

The aim of the "PoC SU2025 AI Vibrodiagnostics" project is to use artificial intelligence to predict machinery failures based on vibrodiagnostic data in order to reduce equipment downtime, improve maintenance and increase operational reliability.
