Monitoring of deflection of the M12 line

The aim of the project was to create a system for online monitoring of the deflection of the steel structure based on the request of colleagues from the M12 welding shop. This system allows monitoring of maximum and minimum deflections of the steel structure during the passage through the body and eliminates manual measurements.

The goal of the online oil analysis is to provide machine Operators with real-time information about condition of the oil to identify potential problems and failures before any major failure happens. This reduces the risk of machines failures and increases machines´ reliability and efficiency. Online oil analysis also allows maintenance planning based on up-to-date data and identifies potential problems, which is reducing the costs of machine maintenance and repairs.

Results from continuous measurement of compressed air pressure at the M12 welding shop

This project concerns the requirement of the M12 welding plant in Mladá Boleslav for continuous measurement of compressed air pressure at the distribution node for 6 bar due to random downtime of the production line. The aim of the measurement was to determine whether the actual compressed air pressure value fluctuates below 6 bar and can therefore cause downtime.
