Project's goal

Introduction of a methodology for measuring flame-retardant hydraulics oils HFC and design of a filtration device for this special type of hydraulic oil.

Results

Implementing a methodology for measuring and filtering of HFC hydraulics can lead to better hydraulic system performance, reduced maintenance and repair costs, improved fluid quality, prevention of breakdowns and damage, and improved safety. Proper functioning of the hydraulic system reduces the risk of accidents and environmental pollution, resulting in lower repair costs and production downtime. Measurement and filtration help to detect problems early, which helps to prevent breakdowns and damage to machinery and equipment and increases the productivity and efficiency of the hydraulic system.

Solution description

HFC hydraulics bring a number of benefits, but in order for it to be successful, it is necessary to ensure proper filtration and measurement of parameters.
