EQUIPMENT OF OUR LABORATORIES

In ŠKODA FabLab, we have two state-of-the-art laboratories related to car production providing the best environment for development of innovative systems of predictive maintenance, special measurement and data collection. In the laboratory of Control and Diagnostic Systems, we dedicate to development of diagnostic methods for predictive maintenance, whereas in the the laboratory of Complex Diagnostics of Machinery, we realise complex special diagnostics of tools and devices.

In the laboratory of Control and Diagnostic Systems, we dedicate to development of diagnostic methods for predictive maintenance, whereas in the the laboratory of Complex Diagnostics of Machinery, we realise complex special diagnostics of tools and devices.

Control and Diagnostic Systems

In this laboratory, we dedicate to development of diagnostic methods for predictive maintenance related to car production. The aim is to increase productivity of Škoda Auto car production operations. 

We perform different types of measurement, for instance the measurement of machinery electric systems, vibrodiagnostic or acoustic measurement related to car production. 

Students who acquire unique skills also cooperate with us on projects.

Here, we test the latest technologies that are being integrated to Škoda Auto Internal Technical Standards. 

Complex Diagnostics of Machinery

This laboratory is a centre of complex special diagnostics of car production machines and installations.

We respond flexibly to specific maintenance needs and look for the most suitable solution to problems in order to prolong the life and increase the accuracy of car production machinery as much as possible. Take a look at the projects implemented by us. 

 Above all, we dedicate to fields of tribodiagnostics, fluid diagnostics and geometric accuracy of machines.
